Canopy Advisors was founded by Christopher Averitt and his wife Cori Averitt with a combined 15 years experience servicing Multi-Family and Light Commercial locations owned and/or managed by long-term and new customers.  We regularly perform surveys on our customer’s communities and properties to ensure they are safe and beautiful for both residents and employees.

 

With more than 10 crews available for service calls, our goal is to provide the fastest and most efficient service possible to our customers for an extremely competitive rate compared to the current market.  We proudly offer 24-7 Emergency Response for calls in which we’ll have a crew onsite within an hour or two of the initial call to handle small to huge emergency situations for our customers.  Since we do not provide Residential services, our crews will not be tied up on those types of calls when our customers are most in need!
